Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver you the perfect jewellery. We inspect every product before it ships to ensure you’re receiving the best quality jewellery on our site. Once we receive your order and pass quality checks, we wrap it in velvet pouches to keep it safe from moisture while it travels to your doorstep. Once it arrives safely at its destination, we layer bubble wrap around each parcel to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and are able to enjoy them as soon as they’re available!
Pickup orders: All orders must be picked up within 4 weeks of order placement, otherwise, shipping will be non-refundable.
We may not be responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company. However, we guarantee that once an order is placed it will be handed over to courier companies within 2 working days.

If you are sending a package, the video you open must be started before opening the parcel and must be with standard speed, without breaks pauses or cuts. The best way is to start recording and open your package and then show all products in the camera to capture defects and stop recording once all items are checked.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, so once the order is placed it will be delivered within 4 weeks unless orders are cancelled within 72 hours. Please let us know if there are any changes to your original address.
Post Parties do not provide refunds. Refunds can only be processed once advised by Post Party customer service. We send everything via Australia post and only claims of loss, missing or damaged items will be assessed by them.
